under 18?

This site is for adults, and here's where young people can find support

This website is only for adults aged 18 and over, so please don't go any further. You're not in trouble, and you haven't done anything wrong. Being curious about who you are, who you like and how you feel is a normal part of growing up. There are people who'd love to talk with you about it, and they're listed below.

These services are free and run by other organisations. We don't run them. If you're in danger right now, call your local emergency number.

If your country isn't listed here, Child Helpline International lists free child helplines around the world.

In some countries, being LGBTQ+ can be against the law. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with you. A general child helpline can still listen, and you only need to share what feels safe. If you're in danger right now, call your local emergency number.
