01Using our marks
The gayfetishgoth name, wordmark and emblem are copyrighted and trademarks of GFG, llc. You may use the files on this page for two things only: to link back to www.gayfetishgoth.com, or to refer to gayfetishgoth.com by name, for example in an article, a review or a directory listing. Any other use needs our written permission.
- Link the graphic to www.gayfetishgoth.com.
- Use the files exactly as supplied, with the © mark in place.
- Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "g".
- Put the silver and violet versions on dark grounds.
- Use the logo as your own, or as part of your own logo, name or avatar.
- Recolour, stretch, crop, outline or remove the © mark from it.
- Suggest we sponsor, endorse or run your site or event.
- Put it on merchandise, or on content involving minors, non-consent or anything illegal.
Minimum sizes: wordmark 96px wide on screen, emblem 32px wide. We may ask you to remove our marks at any time. See our legal policies, or contact us to ask about any other use.
02Link to us
Pick a size and a style, then copy the HTML into your page. The code loads the image from our server and links back to the home page. Each graphic comes in three styles (gothcore, midnight and sinister), as a PNG (plus a sharper 2x version for high-resolution screens) and an SVG.

03Logos
The wordmark is gayfetishgoth, always lowercase, set in Freebooter Script. Metallic silver is the main version; violet, white and black are for places where silver won't work.
04Emblem
The knotwork crest: interlaced wings over a dagger, with the © mark under the right wingtip. It can stand on its own or sit above the wordmark.
05Icons and avatars
Icons use the emblem on its own, always with its © mark. Each comes as PNG at 512, 180, 64 and 32 pixels, and as an SVG.
06Colour
Night-time and low-chroma: black and silver first, with one violet accent doing the work of a line, a mark or a glow. Never flood a page with purple.

Freebooter Script is our brand face. We use it only for the logo and page titles, always in lowercase and in silver or violet. Everything else is set in a clean sans serif: Inter on new pages, Tahoma on the classic ones.
Freebooter Script was designed by Graham Meade of Apostrophic Lab in 2001 and is free to download from the designer's distributors, for example DaFont and Font Squirrel. Please download it there so you get the designer's own files and licence.
Body text: Inter (free, Google Fonts), 300–500 weights. Hierarchy comes from size and spacing rather than bold.

How titles and headings look across the site. Script titles are always lowercase.

A knowledgeable friend who has been around the scene for years: frank about sex and kink, careful about safety, and warm to anyone arriving for the first time.
