Paraboy is usually a gender identity for someone who feels a partial or near connection to being a boy or man, but not entirely. Often considered a nonbinary or genderqueer identity, a paraboy may experience masculinity or male-aligned traits without wholly identifying as male. The “para-” prefix means "beside" or "almost."
