A werewolf is usually a shapeshifter or animalistic persona drawn from fantasy, folklore, or erotic fiction. In the Omegaverse (also known as A/B/O), inspired by werewolf packs, individuals adopt archetypes like Alpha, Beta, or Omega, hierarchical identities that shape dominance and submission dynamics
In pup-play communities, which center around canine pack-themes and may include Alphas, Betas, and Omegas, werewolf-themed roleplay can borrow similar hierarchy models but add a mythic, supernatural twist.
