A practice where rings, weights or other devices are used to pull the scrotum downward, gradually lengthening it over time. The sensation comes from the steady tug and pressure on the testicles and can range from a mild ache to strong pain. Some people stretch by hand, while others use dedicated toys, most often rings made of metal, silicone or leather, some of them weighted.
Ball stretching can be a part of cock and ball torture (CBT), and it can also be a form of body modification when the aim is a permanently longer scrotum. Some enjoy the physical sensation, describing a tight, near-orgasmic feeling, extra sensitivity of the stretched skin or stronger orgasms. Others love the look of long, hanging balls on themselves or a partner, or the way they swing during sex. For others the appeal is psychological: stretching takes patience and discipline, and a dominant partner can take control of the process as part of a power exchange.
Safety & Consent
The testicles are delicate and real harm is possible. They hang from the spermatic cords, which carry the blood supply, and cutting off circulation or twisting these cords (torsion) can cause serious damage. Anyone exploring ball stretching should progress slowly and gently, avoid gear that is too tight, and check that the scrotum stays warm and normal in colour rather than cold, blue or numb. A dull ache or gentle pull is expected, but sharp pain, pinching, burning or swelling means stopping straight away.
Lubricant helps protect the skin during play, and moisturiser helps keep it supple. Partners should talk openly about limits and agree on safe words or signals; people playing alone should set their own limits in advance.
