The act of orally stimulating a vulva or anus while that person is being penetrated by someone else. It most often appears in threesomes and in cuckolding, where the person giving oral attention may also pleasure the penetrating partner. Some use the word more loosely for any oral service given to a partner while they have sex with another person.
Some are drawn to being right next to the action and included in it rather than left to watch.
