An Electro Top is usually someone who enjoys giving electrical stimulation or electro play to their bottom. Electrical stimulation is often used in coordination with other stimulus to body parts i.e. needle play, play with other toys, flogging. Electro tops often make their own equipment or attachments to vary sensations.
